Rouge
• Robe : deep ruby with orange reflections.
• Bouquet : powerful aroma of wild dark fruits and a pinch of spice.
• Flavour : full and balanced, with persistent dark fruits.
• Accompaniment : seductive throughout the meal. Particularly suited to magret of canard (duck) and lamb chops. It is an ideal accompaniment to cheese.
• Serve : open the bottle ½ to 1 hour before serving, allowing all the aromas to develop for your greatest pleasure. Serve at room temperature.
AOC CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE Rouge
• Robe : Dark cherry
• Bouquet : red fruits, confit of cherry with a “garrigue” influence.
• Flavour : velvet and silk with a powerful aroma.
• Accompaniment : roast meats and wild fowl. The oldest vintages form an excellent accompaniment to red meats and stews (civets). Add a moment of seduction to your meal.
• Serve : open the bottle 1 to 2 hours before serving, allowing all the aromas to develop for your enchantment. Oldest vintages benefit from the additional refinement of decanting to a carafe. Serve at room temperature.

Rose
• Robe : rose petal colour.
• Bouquet : elegant with the scent of white fruit, mixed with citrus
• Flavour : aromatic, keeping good freshness.
• Accompaniment : very suitable as an aperitif. Goes well with mixed salad, starters, also with grilled meats and poultry.
• Serve : keep between 10 and 12 C, not chilled.
